Black Mango Studio helps you create AI portraits using photographs you provide. Please read these terms and the privacy policy before using the service or purchasing photo credits.
What are you creating?
Portraits are generated by AI. Reference photos guide appearance, and templates guide the intended style. Results may contain differences or inaccuracies and are not guaranteed to match a person, body proportion, school outfit or scene exactly. Examples on the website are illustrative studio samples, not promises of a particular result.
What photos may you upload?
You must have the right and permission to submit the photos and request the intended use, including parent or guardian permission for children. Do not upload nudity, sexual content, unlawful material or content intended to exploit, harass or deceptively impersonate someone. Uploads may be rejected by automated safety or photo-suitability checks.
How may you use a portrait?
Do not present an imagined portrait as evidence of a real event, use it for identity verification or mislead others about a person’s actions. Respect the rights and privacy of everyone pictured. No claim is made that AI output is unique or that it has copyright protection in every jurisdiction.
What do payments include?
Available offers and credit quantities are shown on the pricing page and at Checkout. Prices are in USD; applicable taxes and the final total appear before payment. Each generated portrait includes one revision, which can combine your requested adjustments. Review the chosen template and offer before purchasing.
Refunds and photo support
Each portrait includes one revision. If generation fails after a photo credit is used, we automatically return that credit so you can try again. This returns a photo credit, not a cash payment.
You can request a refund for unused photo credits. For photos already generated, we review refund requests individually. Email justin@blackmangostudio.com with your account email and order or portrait ID. Please do not send card details.
What if something goes wrong?
For a failed generation, missing credit, incorrect charge or another purchase problem, contact justin@blackmangostudio.com with the relevant order or portrait ID. We will review the issue and the available remedy. These terms do not exclude consumer rights that apply by law.
How long can I download my images?
Private portraits are accessible in My Studio for 30 days. Download and back up the versions you want to keep. My Studio is not a permanent archive. The privacy policy explains the distinction between access expiry and storage deletion.
Accounts and service availability
Keep your login secure and use the service for lawful, permitted purposes. Access may be restricted when needed to address misuse, fraud or security problems. Features and template availability may change; the site does not promise uninterrupted availability.
