One participant, one place for their photos
Gather one clear reference per person or pet. Keep extra angles of the same person on that participant’s card. You do not need to tell this planner names, ages or whether someone has died.
The checklist is a planning aid, not a guarantee that every template supports your group. Check the participant capacity on the template page. Portraits currently support at most eight participants; plan separate smaller groups if you need more.
